Confused… by Love is the Perfect Rom-Com for this Weekend

If you’re looking for the perfect rom-com to watch this weekend, well Confused… by Love might be the one you’ll want to check out. The film follows the story of Ferguson Middlebecker (Keith Mascoll) an anti-social author and his socialite wife, Tiffany Middlebecker (Jamie Perez), forced to invite his best friend and ex-girlfriend (Simba Dibinga and Jordan Lloyd respectively) to stay with the couple in order to save their house from foreclosure. Fun facts about the movie and the director: it was made in 6 days, and there was an IndieGoGo page set up for the movie back in March of 2015 wherein they were able to raise over $8,000 dollars in 30 days. Crosby Tatum is an young 20 something; very self-motivated, independent Television/Motion Picture Producer/Director who has produced, directed, written, and edited entertainment content for Domestic and International Audiences worldwide. He also has his own studio called Triceptus Films.

 

Confused… by Love is an official “Award-Winning” film selected by six different film festivals. The most recent selection being from the Hollywood Black Film Festival! RAW Hollywood ’s Expressions to Feature Local Alternative Rock Band, The Elizabeth Kill

Upcoming Los Angeles-based band The Elizabeth Kill will perform at RAW Hollywood Presents: Expressions on May 2, 2013. The indie alternative rock group will perform songs off of their album “Building the Automation” at Level 3 in Hollywood for the event.

 The Elizabeth Kill’s single “Viral” introduces listeners to musical talent similar to bands such as The Black Keys and The Yeah Yeah Yeahs. Their style combines sounds of steampunk, screamo, and rock. The female-fronted band creates an energetic and intense environment with personal storytelling woven into lyrics in a way you won’t forget! Their passion and devotion to creative tunes is apparent whether you listen to them live or hear the CD.

 Expressions will feature over 40 artists who specialize in various forms of art, including fashion, performing art, photography, and music. The event is on Thursday, May 2, 2013 at 7:30, at Level 3 Nightclub at the Hollywood & Highland Complex. Tickets will be sold for $20 at the door.
