This summer has been a great season for my favorite artists. Brian McShea and the Sidemen dropped an EP in June, and now Leslie Cours Mather is finally releasing her “I’m A Survivor” album on the 27^th of September! I’m so excited because all the songs that Leslie has released so far have been such memorable hits, and I can’t wait to see what more she has in store for us on her new album!

This is going to be a big month for Leslie; with the new album release and performance at the Kidney Walk in Irvine, it’s going to be fun! The Kidney walk is going to be a great opportunity for her because it takes place just days after her album release, so those who get to go are blessed with hearing a bunch of her new songs live for the first time! I highly encourage that you guys go because you get to have fun on a walk with your friends, listen to some great new adult contemporary music, and, most importantly, you get to support a great cause! Singer Songwriter To Celebrate Big Milestone with New Album Release

A relentless fighter battled her way through a kidney transplant two years ago. September 27^th will mark the anniversary of this endeavor for Leslie Cours Mather, and to celebrate her triumphs she will be releasing a powerful album entitled “I’m A Survivor” on September 28^th. Leslie’s songs are filled with inspiring lyrics that tell her life story and the hardships that she went through. Whenever I listen to her, I can’t help but feel happy and motivated because no matter what life throws at Leslie, she will always be motivated to fight through.

The bravery and resilience of Mather will continue to shine even after her incredible adult contemporary album is released. In the months following her release, Leslie will be performing at multiple Kidney Walk events hosted by the National Kidney Foundation. The Kidney Walks will be in Irvine, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas. Her performances will be perfect for these events because, being that she’s gone through a kidney transplant herself, her music can be a beacon of hope to all of those who have to go through what she went through. Pop Rock Band The General Brothers Set to Play Italian Food Festival

Italian pop rock band the General Brothers are set to play Sagra della Tellina, August 25^th in Rome, Italy. This major Italian seafood festival will feature food, wine and great music at 8pm local time. My favorite entertainer, Oleg Frish, is going to release a new album “Duets With My American Idols”, and the best part is that it has tons of legendary performers lending their fabulous voices to perform duets. As a fan of the Great American Songbook, Oleg is undoubtedly proud to release such a star studded album that encompasses such classic songs like “Day By Day” with the blues R&B soul singer and Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Ben E. King. This album has it all, and Oleg’s duet with Ben E. King is the cherry on this very sweet musical cake. Guess Who is Honoring His American Idols With His New Album? Oleg Frish!

Guess who is honoring his American Idols with his new album?? That’s right you guessed it. It is Russian-born entertainer Oleg Frish. He is one of my favorite Classic Standards artists. Not only is he a talented singer, but a TV and Radio host as well as a journalist. He came to America twenty short years ago and has not looked back since. I am so excited about his new album,which comes out May 19th, called “Oleg Frish: Duets With My American Idols.”  Oleg did not hold anything back for this release. He teams up with some his American Idols including Ben E. King, B.J. Thomas, Lainie Kazan, Bobby Rydell, Chris Montez, Peggy March and even a few more. The Rift packs a punch with their self titled EP debut

If you like bands like Bullet for My Valentine, Alter Bridge, or Story of The Year then you will definitely like The Rift. Armed with a crisp new sound, alternative rock band The Rift packs a punch with their self titled EP debut. These melodies will no doubt have you singing along and wanting more.

Although The Rift has only been together for two years, they share great chemistry on stage having made them a quite popular live band. They have earned a reputation that has allowed them to share the stage with bands such as: The Misfits, Exodus, Ygnwie Malmsteen and Midnight Theory.

When asked, lead singer Aris Anagnos states his personal musical influes are the likes of Led Zeppelin, Metallica, 30 Seconds to Mars and Atreyu. Most of the other band members state their influences are almost identical, making the band very consistent and well suited for the alternative/hard rock music that they play. Other members of the band include Tyler Holsclaw, Matt Melamed, Tesh Hatharasinghe, and John Anagnos.
